[prMac.com] Budapest, Hungary - After the great success of Hungarian Soups for iPhone and iPad, the Hungarian Pottages is just released by Viki & Joe Software in March 2011. The Hungarian Pottages is a top selection of the Hungarian pottage (fozelek) recipes. The authors, Viki and Joe, wanted to make cooking as easy as possible, while keeping the rules of the traditional Hungarian cuisine.
"Our aim is to give people an easy to use tool to discover and prepare the great variety of Hungarian Soups".
"Fozelek is a type of thick Hungarian vegetable dish. Fozelek is a special category in Hungarian cuisine, not quite a soup, but neither is it a stew. It is simply cooked, typically by simmering, not mashed. Fozelek is often eaten as the main course for lunch or like a garnish for different meat courses."
The app for both platforms contains traditional Hungarian pottage recipes with colorful photos. To make a modern recipe book handier, a lot of interactive functionality can be utilized. Naturally, the app is dedicated not only to US customers, as beside the US measurements all ingredients can be listed in the metric.
Pricing and Availability:
The Hungarian Pottages is now available for $0.99 (iPhone) / $1.99 (iPad) in the U.S. and is priced accordingly in other regions. The Internationale is available word-wide from Apple's App Store for iPhone and iPad.
