[prMac.com] Warsaw, Poland - Motivapps today is pleased to announce the release of Sonnet 1.2, their personal productivity app for iOS devices. One in a series of a few apps that teach and inspire, Sonnet inspires iPhone users to write love letters. Created during Cambridge Startup Weekend, it conquered the hearts of the audience and won the wildcard prize. Judges called it a "delightful little app."
App's user selects one of the most common scenarios: "Apologies," "Cheer up," "Share your feelings," or a "Booty Call". The app then guides him or her through the process of writing an e-mail, by suggesting structure and key phrases, while leaving details for the user to type in.
"Most people don't write love letters because they lack time or inspiration. They see a blank page and settle for the usual 'I'm thinking of you'. We want to remove that blank page, because people are afraid of it, and instead give a list of suggestions on how to start," says Motivapps founder, Tomasz Kolinko.
The app, considered one of the most unusual projects, has won the wildcard prize at the Cambridge Startup Weekend. "It will revolutionize the art of writing love letters", says jokingly one of the users on Sonnet's promo video.
