During the workout, the user moves quickly from one exercise to the next (maximizing cardiovascular benefits) and pushes them to fully fatigue their muscles during exercise for optimal results. The core of the app is the Workout Generator, providing the user with a unique workout every time. After choosing one to three body parts to exercise (e.g. abdominals, legs, chest, etc.), myFitness! creates a challenging workout by randomizing the exercises from its built-in Exercise Bank. Each workout lasts one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. Complete instructions and animated photos are provided.
