[prMac.com] Warsaw, Poland - Independent game studio Codeminion has released StoneLoops! of Jurrasica, a dynamic marble-popper for Mac OS X. Described by GameZebo as "light years ahead of the competition", StoneLoops! shines as a well designed and presented game full of non-stop action, dozens of colorful levels, constant action and ... pterodactyls.
Thanks to unique Pull&Push gameplay mechanics and dynamic pace, the game feels fresh and exciting even for players that normally aren't interested with casual titles.
"In StoneLoops! we mixed thoughtful mechanics with loads of smashtastic explosions. It makes the game appeal to fans of strategic challenge and those who want to let off steam and smash some stuff into tiny little pieces! It's just really fun to play!" - says Konrad Olesiewicz, Codeminion's co-owner and Game Producer.
The game was developed by Codeminion - independent casual games studio known for such titles as Ancient Quest of Saqqarah and the hit Magic Match and brought to Mac OS X by Red Marble Games. PC version of StoneLoops! was released on March 26, 2008 and its simple yet very dynamic gameplay gained very positive acclaim from both reviewers and players.
"In an increasingly busy market of casual games that all look awfully similar, this is cunningly designed and shows extra effort" - wrote John Walker in the game's review on RockPaperShotgun. With a free 60 minute trial available from the game's website - the StoneLoops! of Jurassica seems more than worth a try for all the Mac gamers.
