[prMac.com] Ottawa, Canada - Chewy Apps (Henning Hoffmann) has announced the availability of iBorrow (IOU) 1.0 in App Store. A paid app, iBorrow (IOU) is available, as well as an ad-supported free version, iBorrow (IOU) Lite.
iBorrow (IOU) helps you manage what you've borrowed from other people, as well as what they've lent to you. You can attach images easily, even from the main screen. You can choose people from your contacts list or just type in a name. If someone has borrowed money, they can pay you back in installments, making it easy to track money flow.
"I already used my iPhone for tracking what I've borrowed and lent," said Henning Hoffmann. "I wanted a better solution that was easy to use. If I'm in the middle of a conversation with friends I want to be able to get in the app quickly, record what I've borrowed, and get out." The app's interface is very simple. Everything is done from one screen, keeping everything within easy reach.
iBorrow (IOU) also has a unique theme feature. "I actually started the app with a grey color palette. I liked it, but I thought that others might like a little more variety. So I have four themes in the app to suit almost anyone's taste. Ocean, Forest, Mesa, and Grey. The app actually starts off in the Mesa theme. I didn't think everyone would like the grey like I do."
* iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
* Requires iPhone OS 3.0 or later
* 6.5 MB
Pricing and Availability:
iBorrow (IOU) 1.0 is only $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Utilities category. iBorrow (IOU) Lite is also available for free.
