[prMac.com] Irvine, California - Over 32 App Developers have joined together to celebrate Halloween in the Technology in (Spl) Education APPy Halloween Facebook Event and will offer their top apps for free or discounted on October 24th.
What: Over 37 Holiday themed and top apps including Penelope the Purple Pirate, Cinderella, The Legend of Spookley The Square Pumpkin and Pirate Scribblebeard's Treasure with Oscar & Josephine, will go on sale or offered free for the APPY Halloween Facebook Event.
Who: Top App Developers including PicPocket Books, Nosy Crow, Oceanhouse Media, and many more are participating in this one day APPy Halloween Facebook Event.
When: October 24th from 8am to 8pm PST.
How: Technology in (Spl) Education will be hosting the APPy Halloween Facebook Event from 8am to 8pm PST along with Melissa Northway, author of Penelope the Purple Pirate. Throughout the event they will be providing fun facts about Halloween, holiday recipes, and information about the developers and their apps as well as promo codes from the participating developers.
Many of the apps participating are Award-Winning, Highly Reviewed Apps. Penelope the Purple Pirate has been chosen as Top 10 Educational iPad App by Digital Storytime, Smart Apps for Kids says "Bottom Line: the cream of the crop of iPad drawing apps," about Pirate Scribblebeard's Treasure with Oscar & Josephine; USA Today calls Cinderella "10 Coolest Books Apps for Fall," and The Legend of Spookley The Square Pumpkin has received top reviews. We are happy to celebrate Halloween by offering our Top Apps at a discount for all to enjoy.
