[prMac.com] Two Pilots Software has updated its leading form filler application, Form Pilot, to version 1.21. Form Pilot is the ideal tool for composing, managing, emailing or printing image based, or pdf based forms. Documents may be in either paper or electronic form. Multi-page forms are also supported. Form Pilot provides direct scanner support, and works with the majority of scanners that support TWAIN and connect via USB.
Applicable to virtually any type of business, Form Pilot is a unique product letting you change and re-save any document while keeping the structure and content of the form intact. It is possible to compose a form directly inside the application, as well as open scanned images or pdf documents.
Version 1.21 sports many improvements, and a recommended update.
Improvements in Version 1.21:
* One-step export into a graphic file has been added, with most of popular graphic formats supported.
* Number of pages in documents is now user controllable
Fixes in Version 1.21:
* Occasionally Form Pilot failed to properly re-open multi-page documents.
* Unexpected blank pages were added to print outs.
* Multi-line alignment issues.
* Page set up problems.
* Text fields did not accept characters with diacritical marks.
Form Pilot provides a suite of tools to draw primitive objects. Use fonts of different size and colors, rotate text, insert pictures, lines and geometrical figures.
Text entry is supported by enhanced completion service. Both standard text completion and a custom one are supported. Custom Completion allows the user to define their own dictionary that consists of words, phone/fax numbers etc., for setting up their own environment.
