[prMac.com] Coldbrook, Canada - Mr. Daniel, as his High School students call him, has developed a prank app for Mine Sweeper fans. He says his latest app, Mine Prank 1.0 is "designed to fool your friends into thinking you phone's color capabilities aren't working".
Mine Prank features a full game, menu, options, graphics and visuals in gray scale. The game works just as it normally would, with the only difference being of course that it's void of all color.
"You either like playing Mine Sweeper, or you hate it, but there's no middle" says Daniel. He continues, "the first time you played the game was likely out of curiosity or boredom, but if you're playing it now it's because it reminds you of those days 15 years ago when you used to play it. That, or you're hardcore like me, and there's nothing like playing a good game of mine hunt every once in a while.
Daniel's other apps, including Mine Sweeper Maniac and Mine Sweeper II and earned themselves ranks in low 100s in France and Japan and a few European countries. With the recent updates posted fixing a few key problems, They are now hitting ranks in the low 50s in countries like Portugal.
