[prMac.com] Tel Aviv, Israel - Adam Siton introduces DreamZ 1.0 for iOS devices. Lucid dreams have stimulated the minds of millions, and inspired famous movies like Inception, Vanilla Sky and the Matrix, and all for a very good reason; It is the ultimate virtual reality. A world we can change and shape as we please.
This may sound like a fantasy, but there are millions of people around the world that are actually able to control their dreams. The ability to experience lucid dreams is generally considered to be reserved for a small percentage of lucky individuals that are able to gain awareness during a dream, mostly after intense training. DreamZ's goal is to change all this, and give almost everyone the ability to have lucid dreams.
With a beautiful design and clean and intuitive user interface, DreamZ uses the most advanced algorithms in modern dream research to allow regular people gain awareness during a dream without any special training or equipment.
As you sleep you go through different phases, ranging from deep sleep to light sleep. The most important phase is the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) phase, in which most dreams occur. Based on your body movements while you're asleep, DreamZ is able to analyze and detect the exact sleep phase you are in, using the built-in iPhone's sensors.
Studies show that during REM, our mind reacts to outside stimulation, such as light, sound or touch, and integrates them into the dream's content. DreamZ utilizes this fact and plays specially made audio cues as soon as you enter an REM sleep phase. After several dreams, our mind learns to correlate between hearing the audio cue and being inside a dream, thus giving you enough awareness to realize you are dreaming.
DreamZ is the product of months of research, and was tested by a large group of trained lucid dreamers with outstanding results.
