[prMac.com] St. Louis, Missouri - Mentz Hill Studios has released their latest app, RetroLabel 2600. The app lets fans of the old Atari 2600 console create their own fake cartridge labels and share them with friends or on social media networks. The app is now available on the App Store for iPhone and iPod touch devices.
RetroLabel 2600 includes the following features:
* Create your own retro 2600 cartridge labels
* Customizable title color
* Add your own copyright text
* Add your own images from your photo library or camera
* Share your creations on Facebook and Twitter
* Publish photos to Flickr or TwitPic
* Send them via email, too
Marketing Director Robert Becker says, "We've always been fans of old video games, from the marketing and packaging, to the games themselves. We wanted to release a unique app that would pay homage to that era. This app is a lot of fun!"
Becker and Development Director Mark Mavromatis are already planning an update to the iPhone version as well as a completely separate version for the iPad that they say will take the nostalgia even further.
