Sleep Tracker Version 2.0.0 Released for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch

[] Rancho Mirage, California - Today Cameron Johnson releases version 2.0.0 of Sleep Tracker, an app for iOS devices that helps the user keep track of his or her sleeping habits. The update brings the highly anticipated feature of data export, providing the ability to send the sleep data to a pdf or spreadsheet and then email that data to any email recipient. Other new features include a complete rewrite of the graphing system and more reliable data analysis.

Sleep Tracker maintains a 4 star average in the United States app store, and has received consistent praise in the reviews. One UK user wrote, "This is a awesome app, clear and easy to use, and for someone like me who has a sleep disorder this app is better than my wife in bed.... And shes pretty damn good!!"

Sleep Tracker is $0.99 USD, and is available for all iOS devices with software 3.0 and up. It is available in 6 languages, including english, spanish, french, german, russian, and dutch. It works by providing a button the user can press when he goes to bed, and another to press when he wakes up. The app will calculate the interval between these events and use them to determine how long the user slept, when they woke up, and when they went to bed. The user can view many analysis categories for the sleep amount, bedtime, and wake time, including sleep debt, averages, consistency, and limits. The user can graph the data in both a line graph and a calendar graph. When idle, the app will display a graphical clock as long as the device is powered on.

Sleep Tracker focuses on graphics and simplicity. It is not designed to monitor the user's quality of sleep or wake them up at a certain stage of their sleep cycle, rather it only focuses on tracking sleep. It is useful for anyone with non conventional sleep patterns, or that needs a way to keep up with their sleep. This includes college students, night shift workers, insomniacs, doctors, parents, and anyone else with less than perfect sleep habits. The data can now be exported and printed, for the user to show to their doctor.
