[prMac.com] Austin, Texas - Josh Janicek introduces SlimList 1.0 for iOS. People around the world are on the go and have countless things to accomplish on any given day. With the proliferation of the "getting things done" mentality, many people are turning to their mobile devices to help them stay organized, on task and to ease the burden of perpetual to-do lists.
There are plenty of to-do and shopping list apps available in the iTunes App Store, however, most of these apps are found to be bloated with cumbersome and unnecessary features, and don't offer the same ease-of-use as the tried and true piece of scrap paper from the glove box or the envelope that would otherwise spend its days of retirement in a landfill.
Josh Janicek created SlimList for his wife, who wanted a simple app for her iPhone that would replace Apple's native 'Notes' app for her grocery lists. Mr. Janicek's wife stated, "I wanted an app that would let me create a simple grocery list where I could check off each item on my list as I picked it up in the store. I also wanted the ability to copy and paste recipe ingredients into an app, so each item in the recipe is it's own checkable line on my list."
SlimList isn't just for grocery lists. It's being used for reminders, task lists and general to-do's. SlimList is the simple, elegant and easy way to manage lists on your iPhone. To learn more, and to watch the demonstration video, visit our website.
