[prMac.com] Dresden, Germany - The independent developers of buildpath.de have launched the new and innovative game Simply Math, which targets people of all ages.
Everybody who loves the art of mental arithmetic or wants to train his brain by solving equations will love this game.
The player has to correct inaccurate equations following a simple and well-designed memory system. This system strains and trains the short term memory in a very entertaining way.
You will get an equation like 1 1=3. Each number of the equation is displayed on an element of a colored stack. Each element of the stack has a front and a back side with an arithmetic operator and a number. Now you have to check whether the actual view on the stack is a valid equation or not. In the most cases it will be wrong. Tap on the stack elements to make them flip around to present the operator and the number of the back side. Maybe the new equation is right now? If yes (e.g. 1 2=3) - double tap the solution element and you will get the solution.
The player has the choice between three game modes.
* Level Mode (30 levels with increasing difficulties and high scores)
* Endless Arcade Mode (choose a difficulty and play endless)
* Multiplayer Arcade Mode
The highlight is the Multiplayer Arcade Mode which enables two players playing against each other by using just one iPad or iPhone. Please watch the third screenshot for an impression of this game mode.
* iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation) and iPad
* Requires iOS 5.0 or later
* 0.8 MB
Pricing and Availability:
Simply Math 1.0 is only $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Education category.
