[prMac.com] Toronto, Canada - Blue Parabola, LLC today is proud to announce the release and immediate availability of Tymer, a new iPhone app that makes keeping track of time easy and convenient. Tymer can run nine countdown timers and two chronographs at the same time, keeping them within quick reach every time you need them.
Tymer features a simple and beautiful interface that provides immediate visual feedback on the status of a timer. In addition, each timer comes with its own customizable label, which makes it easy to remember and reuse timers any time you need them.
Each timer can run independently of the others, and can be set to run for up to 24 hours. Customization is a breeze with Tymer's contextual editor: tap and hold a timer to change its running time, edit its label, and set the alarm tone; when you're done, tap and hold again to go back to the main screen.
Built for active users, Tymer can run in the background while you use other apps, and will even keep timers and chronographs running while your phone is off, without using any battery: When you turn your device back on, you will find all your time-tracking up-to-date, without missing a beat. Local notifications let you know when a timer is done, even if Tymer is not open at the time - and nine unique alarm sounds make each timer easier to recognize.
