February 26, 2009 in iOS Development (E)
[prMac.com] American Fork, UT - Izatt International has announced the next course in its series of iPhone Training Courses: a new Objective-C Course to be held March 13-14, 2009 at the Noah Building in Lindon, UT. For those wanting to enter the world of iPhone development, Objective-C is the key. This course is designed for those with object-oriented programming experience, but little or no experience with Objective-C.
The Objective-C course is being offered in response to an increasing demand for smart phone development skills in Utah's 'Silicon Slopes' technology sector.
"As an iPhone application developer, Izatt recognized the need to grow the iPhone app developer skill set in Utah. Rather than reaching outside the state for talent, we elected to offer training in collaboration with other iPhone development shops," remarked Jason Izatt, CEO of Izatt International. "Our hope is that education opportunities like this will generate increased entrepreneurial activity and keep Utah on the forefront of technology innovation."
The course is two hours on a Friday evening (March 13), followed by a full Saturday (March 14). Course price is $299 USD; only $199 for students. Students from last month's iPhone Developer Training Course already have apps in the iTunes App Store. Information on the Objective-C Course, including cost, curriculum and pre-requisites can be found on the Izatt International website.
