Izatt offers new 3-day iPhone Development Course in Utah

March 2, 2009 in iOS Development (E)

[prMac.com] American Fork, UT - Izatt International has announced the availability of a new iPhone Development Course to be held March 26-28, 2009 at the Noah Building in Lindon, UT. A consortium of expert iPhone developers representing prominent iPhone development companies such as Izatt International, Pixio, and InfiniteNIL have been assembled to cover topics ranging from XCode and Interface Builder to the Accelerometer and Core Animation. Course price is $1495 (USD); only $995 for students.

The iPhone course is being offered in response to an increasing demand for smart phone development skills in Utah's 'Silicon Slopes' technology sector. Students from January's course already have applications selling in the iTunes App Store.

"As an iPhone application developer, Izatt recognized the need to grow the iPhone app developer skill set in Utah. Rather than reaching outside the state for talent, we elected to offer training in collaboration with other iPhone development shops," remarked Jason Izatt, CEO of Izatt International. "Our hope is that education opportunities like this will generate increased entrepreneurial activity and keep Utah on the forefront of technology innovation."

Information on the iPhone Development Course, including cost, curriculum and pre-requisites can be found on the Izatt International website. An Objective-C course is also available March 13-14, 2009. See site for details.
