[prMac.com] Greifswald, Germany - Do you remember the countless hours you spent in front of your computer, building miniature cities with Anno 1503, proving your business acumen with The Patrician III and sailing the world with East India Company?
We do - and we want these adventures to be continued. This spring will finally be the time to set sails again: We, rapidrabbit, will release our new multi-device trading simulation Medieval Merchants on Apple's App Store on Wednesday, 03/20/13.
Clap on your sails as well and put to sea together with us! Slip into the role of a medieval merchant and experience the Hanseatic League and its rise to power in Europe back in the days of the 14th century. Discover, furthermore, a fresh technology, taking advantage of Apple's latest OS Mountain Lion: You can play Medieval Merchants not only on your iPad but also on your Mac - transition-free with iCloud and Game Center support, as a single- or a multiplayer.
However, we need a little wind in our sails to make this journey a big one. That's why we hope you'll let our sails flutter by dropping a line about the release of Medieval Merchants on your platform. We'd also love to see you climbing aboard to review the game.

We are a small indie app-studio. Our homebase is Greifswald, a tiny hanseatic town in Northern Germany. Not to say it's at the back of beyond, but you'd probably not exactly expect an internationally oriented indie game developer right here. But hey, here we are and this is what we do: We love developing games - from soup to nuts. And it seems we are not half bad at it. At least our iOS painting-app Spray Can cracked the US download-charts' Top3 and hit the Top25 several times. Medieval Merchants is our biggest project so far. With our applications we want people to follow us, the rabbit, and fall down our rabbithole into, well, call it the matrix, call it wonderland. A place like a huge, fantastic playground which lets you forget reality for a moment. A place which makes you marvel and grow beyond yourself, and which lets you experience this genuine feeling that we all know from back in the days, this simple but beautiful feeling of how it is to "play".
