[prMac.com] Sunnyvale, CA - Storyist Software is pleased to announce the release of Storyist 2, a major upgrade of the company's story development tool for novelists and screenwriters. With a new look and more than 25 new features, Storyist 2 offers additional organizational tools, enhanced interoperability with other writing applications, and a more customizable writing environment.
"Storyist has helped thousands of writers take their project from initial idea to submission-ready manuscript," said Steve Shepard, CEO of Storyist Software. "With Storyist 2, writers have even more tools to help bring their stories to life."

A streamlined interface supports full-screen mode, split views, and multiple windows. The upgrade also includes support for comments and bookmarks, a color-coding outliner, and an enhanced project manager. In all, Storyist 2 offers over two dozen new features.
