Shade 3D for Unity is a free, powerful 3d modeling and animation tool for 3D game developers and designers. You can import standard 3D file formats such as FBX, Wavefront OBJ, SketchUp skp and Shade shd files, modify and transform them so they can be easily imported into your next Unity based game. You also have access to most of the modeling tools found on the Shade 3D product line of commercial 3D modeling, rendering and animation tools, so you can also build completely new models.
Shade 3D ver 14 Basic, a paid for version of Shade 3D costs only $99, with Standard and Professional at a discounted price of $249 and $499.
