[prMac.com] New Lambton, Australia - Available today, iSports Bowling, the second installment in the iSports series, offers users a realistic bowling simulator with unlockable content including bowling alleys, 14 custom bowling balls and pins, and more than 30 custom avatars. The game utilizes the iPhone or iPad's accelerometer to realistically simulate the rolling of a bowling ball and is finetuned to recognize backspin and hooking.
Following the success of iSports Swing, a golf simulator with over 20,000 downloads in the app store, iSports Bowling includes an in-app store where users can purchase premium items using coins earned for each pin that is knocked down. Scores can be shared online via Facebook, Twitter and Game Center intergration.
iSports bowling is now available in the App Store for $0.99 and is compatible with iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
"It's the closest thing to bowling you can find in the app store. iSports bowling wants each user to feel like the app is his or her own, so we introduced a huge way to personalize your game so it's like no one else's" said James Moncaster, app creator and designer.
iSports apps are developed by Roksalt, a mobile app development company. Moncaster describes the partnership with Roksalth as "a vital part of developing the games" and "a perfect match"
