Vegan-centric Rabbit Food Magazine Launches September Issue

[] Virginia Beach, Virginia - Rabbit Food Magazine, a whole foods, plant-based food and health magazine, available on Apple's Newsstand, launches its September 2014 issue. This issue includes an interview with Marisa Miller Wolfson, director of the vegan documentary, "Vegucated," a report from Holly Buchanan on the science behind the health benefits of plant based eating, a 10 day plant based kick start menu, and a quick guide to eating out at Five Guys.

Rabbit Food was created while the publisher was taking part in a diet study in Virginia Beach, VA. The study, conducted by Cardiovascular Associates, tested four diets: Paleo, Mediterranean, DASH, and a Whole Food Plant Based diet, and their effectiveness in reducing cardiovascular disease. Rabbit Food creator, Brad Rudacille, was in the Plant group and fell in love with the diet and it's health and ethical benefits. The magazine was born to help spread advocacy of this way of eating.

Rabbit Food gathers writers from various disciplines and backgrounds, who all share a common belief that plant-based eating is the best for health, the environment, and the treatment of animals.
