[prMac.com] Dublin, Ireland - Independent developer Radu Gosman today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of Super Tiles 1.0, his new puzzle game for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices. The goal of Super Tiles is to merge all the tiles until there is only one tile left on the grid. This simple but challenging objective is accomplished by the player tapping on an empty square to merge the adjacent colored tiles onto that empty square.
* Clean and polished User Interface
* 30 levels of simple but challenging gameplay
* Level 11+ introduces different colored tiles
* Level 21+ introduces a checkered tile which can be used as either color
* Becomes progressively more challenging with each level
* Develops problem-solving skills
* Ability to turn on/off sound settings
* iOS Universal app
There are 30 levels in Super Tiles with each level becoming progressively more challenging. For the first 10 levels, all the colored tiles are the same color although the number of tiles increase with each subsequent level.
After level 11, Super Tiles introduces two different colored tiles and a special grid cell indicated by arrows. Players can only merge blue tiles with blue tiles and red tiles with red tiles. However, the special grid cell can change the color of the merged tile. For example, if the player merges two or more red tiles on a special grid cell, a blue tile will form.
After level 21, the puzzles continue to become increasingly complex but Super Tiles introduces a checkered tile to the equation. Players may use checkered tiles as either blue or red tiles.
"Super Tiles appears to be an easy game but it really involves quite a bit of plotting and problem solving," says independent developer Radu Gosman. "Players simply merge tiles by swapping colors on special squares and using checkered tiles to achieve the goal of clearing every colored tile but one form the grid. It's a funny puzzle game with a twist!"
