[prMac.com] Toronto, Canada - Apps4Halloween and Denny Kurien, an Indie App Reviewer on YouTube, have collaborated to put together the top 10 Halloween iPad Apps for kids. Featuring vampires, witches, frankensteins, and were wolfs, these apps are spooky, but not too scary for the little ones. Perfect for parents and kids to get into the Halloween spirit.
These apps have been ranked in order of originality, game-play, kid-friendly user experience, and comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection). These kid-friendly iPad apps do not have any in-App-Purchases, or Banner Ads that direct the user away from the app. Any links outside the app, are strictly controlled by a parent gate (such as a mathematical question). This way, parents can rest assure that their kids are safe online. These apps are as follows:
