Reader App lets you read mobile-friendly web pages and read offline

in News (F)

[] Palo Alto, California - AppBlit LLC is pleased to introduce the release of Reader App, their newest app for iOS devices. The app works when "Reader View" doesn't. You can read mobile friendly web pages from within Mobile Safari by just clicking the "Reader App" button. The app extracts the article of the page and lets you highlight, comment and share your articles. They are also saved in the main app, so you can read them later offline.

Unlike the "Reader View" option of Mobile Safari, Reader App uses a different technology to extract web page content, which makes it work on many more pages. Plus, Reader App keeps important embedded information such as videos, Twitter Tweets, Instagram posts, images, and FRAME contents that contain important content.

And unlike other apps such as Readability, Pocket or Instapaper, Reader App works right from the web page you've already opened in Mobile Safari; and it lets you see the results right away.

With its highlighter tool that works in iBooks with one singer swipe, Reader App is the ideal companion to all our mobile reading needs, either on iPhone or iPad. Adding comments is also really useful to remind ourselves about important passages in an article.

Device Requirements:
* iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
* Optimized for iPhone 5, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus
* Requires iOS 8.0 or later
* 0.8 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Reader App - Extension for Safari 1.0 is free and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the News category. The app is free with an in-app purchase for the PRO version that unlock even more features such as search, unlimited highlighting and commenting.
