[prMac.com] Omaha, Nebraska - Appzest today is proud to announce the release of PrepZest, a math-based test prep app that is designed to help students preparing for competitive exams such as GRE, GMAT, SAT and more. The initial version of the app caters only to Math and is divided into four skills: Geometry, Algebra, Arithmetic and Statistics and Probability. Eventually, Appzest plans to add further subjects to the PrepZest offering of study aids. The smart app uses adaptive software methodology to help students identify their weak areas. Then, PrepZest intuitively creates a menu of focus topics which allows students to practice and build upon the areas that they are struggling in.
When a student gets started on PrepZest Math, he or she will take a short skill assessment test on any of the four available skills. Using the scores from the initial test, PrepZest creates a menu of focus topics that emphasize the skills that the student tested the lowest in. The more tests the student attempts, the more better and crisper are the focus topics. By identifying the student's weak points and working on the focus topics, PrepZest Math helps each student improve the individual skills that they need assistance in.
* The app features focus topics and practice that adapts to the performance on the skills test
* Hints and explanations for all answers for concept reinforcement
* No internet is needed to access the test or practice the topics
* Super fast and Zero Lag. The app moves from one screen to another in an instant without any lag that is observed in an internet-based app

To further help students work on their weak skills, PrepZest offers detailed explanations for each answer. In addition, the app offers a graphic analysis that gives the student a full representation of their overall progress and shortcomings. Progress reports are available on the main screen and in the form of a progress tracker. Students can also share any question with anyone through e-mail, or they can bookmark the question as a favorite and access it later.
