A new concept in smart calendar apps released for iOS and WatchOS

January 11, 2016 in Productivity (E)

[prMac.com] Loughborough, United Kingdom - Light Pillar is proud to announce the immediate availability of Today; a brand new concept in smart calendars for WatchOS and iOS designed specifically for people with busy schedules. Whether you are a parent, rushing to take children to parties and activities, or a business person with back to back appointments, Today gives you a crystal clear picture of what you need to know at any given moment. And if you have Apple Watch, all this is right on your wrist.

When you're busy jumping from one meeting to the next your typical calendar isn't very helpful. It blinds you with a complex user interface. It bombards you with notifications you don't have time to acknowledge and it expects you to work out time calculations in your head. Not very helpful. Today on the other hand is designed to give you the information you actually need with ZERO SETUP; what's now, what's next and what's just around the corner. Arriving to meetings late or unprepared will be a thing of the past. A busy day never looked so clear.

* Watch OS 2 support including handy complication which shows time to next event
* iOS 9 support including iPad slide over and split screen
* Notification Center Widget for instant access to now and next information
* Configure any / all of the calendars configured on your device to be displayed in Today
* Customisable colours, times, in-app sounds and vibration for each event status
* Highlights conflicted events to help you resolve double bookings
* Outlook overview diagram shows you which parts of your day are busy at a glance
* Day picker allows you to look ahead / behind to see how other days are shaping up
* Events can be added / edited / deleted directly in the app
* Landscape view diagram helps visualise your day
* Colours and calendars configured in the iOS app apply on the Apple Watch too

Intended Use:
Use your favourite calendar app to manage your schedule but take Today on the road with you when you just need at-a-glance clarity of what's now, next and upcoming.

* Requires iOS 8.2 or later
* 4.9 MB
