Experience Analog Photography on iPhone with Panchromatic by Peter Hoss

December 16, 2016 in Photo and Video (F)

[prMac.com] Tuebingen, Germany - Peter HoB today is proud to announce the release of Panchromatic 1.0, a new way to experience old-school analog photography on the iPhone. The app is available for free on the App Store for all devices running iOS 10 or later.

"Good photography needs time and patience. Let's take that time again," said German independent developer Peter HoB, the creator of Panchromatic. "Panchromatic aims to slow down mobile photography, not letting users take lots of pictures they'll forget just a moment later," Peter HoB continued.

Instead of using endless filters and image manipulation, Panchromatic simulates the art of shooting with real film. A process that needs forethought and well-considered decisions, users are required to choose one of four film types, each with their own properties regarding film speed, length and development time. After the film has been fully shot, it will be virtually developed and printed within the app. This will, just as it does with analog photos, take a couple of hours and afterwards, the user can look at his pictures for the first time ever.

Minimum Requirements:
* iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, optimized for iPhone
* Requires iOS 10.0 or later
* 38.3 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Panchromatic 1.0 is free, and is available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Photo and Video category.
