iBody Handing Out Treats for Halloween

October 30, 2009 in Health and Fitness (E)

[prMac.com] Waretown, New Jersey - In an effort to celebrate Halloween while maintaining their mission to help people stay fit and healthy, iBody is offering $4.00 off their app over the weekend. On October 31st, iBody will go on sale for $5.99, instead of its regular price of $9.99. After November 1st, the price will return to normal. The 40% price reduction for this Cadillac of fitness apps is considered a real treat.

iBody, an application downloadable to iPhone and iPod Touch devices, was developed by owners, Karin Müller and Hanno Welsch. "Our inspiration was to build a Swiss Army Knife of a health & fitness app that combines all the things you regularly need 3 or 4 different apps for."

The comprehensiveness of iBody is largely responsible for its success in the health and fitness field. It is the only app on the market that combines weight, body measurement, blood and body values with a fitness module and a GPS based fitness tracking module. The app gives users the ability to switch views between track values, map view and iPod view, meaning that there is no need to exit the app to change music or screens. As a result, it is considered a treat any time of the year by those conscious of their physical condition.

Device Requirements:
* iPhone or iPod Touch 3.0 or later

Pricing and Availability:
iBody 2.2 is reduced to $5.99 USD (Regular $9.99) and available exclusively through the App Store in the Healthcare and Fitness category.
