Jumsoft Releases the Bill Engine Invoicing Application

in Financial (E)

[prMac.com] Vilnius, Lithuania - Jumsoft, a developer of high-quality applications for Mac OS X, today is pleased to announce the release and immediate availability of Bill Engine, a new invoicing application for small businesses and self-employed people. Bill Engine features a simple and intuitive system to create and manage invoices for both products and services. Billing for services is facilitated by a convenient time-tracking function, and users can analyze their invoicing activities after creating a number of simple yet informative reports.

Bill Engine allows a user to keep a list of individuals and companies with whom he or she works and shows all client information that matters in the billing process. The Inventory list displays all kinds of products and services that the user's business provides. These two lists come together in the Projects feature, where the user can record the products sold to a specific client and track the time spent on the provided services. Once a project is set up, a user can generate an invoice with just a couple of clicks.

"We have split the invoicing function from our Money application to provide a simple and straightforward system for billing and time-tracking," said Algirdas Unguvaitis, general manager of Jumsoft. "Bill Engine is both simpler and more extensive than the previous version that we had in Money, and that's what we have been striving for."

Among other capabilities, Bill Engine makes scheduling and remembering repeated invoices very easy. The Recurring feature allows users to select a desired frequency for their invoices and set reminders, which they can sync with iCal. The application also provides five pre-designed invoice styles and allows a user to create a custom design.

In addition, Bill Engine includes five types of comprehensible reports: Projects, Invoices, Payments, Billed & Collected, and Client Summary. With just a few clicks, users can have their billing activities right before their eyes.

System Requirements:
* Mac OS X 10.7 or later
* 4.6 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Bill Engine is available for purchase on Jumsoft's Web site and on Apple's Mac App Store. Until October 30th, Bill Engine 1.0 is $19.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide through the Mac App Store in the Business category.
