[prMac.com] San Francisco, California - Over 60 App Developers have joined together to celebrate Thanksgiving in the Technology in (Spl) Education APPy Thanksgiving Facebook Event and will offer their top apps for free or discounted on November 21st.
What: Over 150 Holiday themed and top and award-winning apps including Penelope the Purple Pirate, Look Into My Eyes, Speech With Milo, and Pirate Scribblebeard's Treasure with Oscar & Josephine, will go on sale or offered free for the APPY Thanksgiving Facebook Event.
Who: Top App Developers including PicPocket Books, Nosy Crow, Oceanhouse Media, and many more are participating in this one day APPy Thanksgiving Facebook Event.
When: November 21st from 8am to 8pm PST.
How: Technology in (Spl) Education will be hosting the APPy Halloween Facebook Event from 8am to 8pm PST along with Melissa Northway, author of Penelope the Purple Pirate. Throughout the event they will be providing fun facts about Thanksgiving, holiday recipes, and information about the developers and their apps as well as promo codes from the participating developers.
Many of the apps participating are Award-Winning, Highly Reviewed Apps. Penelope the Purple Pirate HD has been chosen as Top 10 Educational iPad App by Digital Storytime, Pirate Scribblebeard's Treasure with Oscar & Josephine was awarded the Best Entertainment App award by Adobe and Sony, USA Today calls Cinderella "10 Coolest Books Apps for Fall," and Look Into My Eyes was on 60 Minutes and has received top reviews.
We are happy to celebrate Thanksgiving by offering our Top Apps at a discount for all to enjoy! Some of the participating developers and their apps are: NxtApp 4 Kids, Chore Pad HD, See.Touch.Learn Pro 2012, iLuv Drawing Animals, Spark! HD, Go Go Mongo!, Multiplying Acorns HD - Tasty Math Facts, 25-in-1 free educational games, and Splash Math.
