Token 1.2 supports iBooks Author
January 26, 2012 in iWork
[prMac.com] Melbourne, Australia - Dale Gillard today is thrilled to announce the release and immediate availability of Token 1.2, a companion app for both iWork '09 and iBooks Author. This update provides quick access to Apple's amazing iBooks Author app from your Mac's menu bar. Token is available from the Mac App Store for $2.99 USD.
Token displays the iWork and iBooks Author documents you've last worked on, directly from your Mac's menu bar. Don't wait for an app to launch and open a document you've just used. Instead, jump to the Mac menu bar and immediately open a document from the Recent menu.
Your iWork templates can also be accessed from the Mac's menu bar. And now you can create new iBooks Author documents using Apple's beautiful templates directly from the Mac's menu.
OS X Snow Leopard users can relax and focus on their content as Token automatically saves their iWork documents. Change the default preferences to control which iWork app auto saves its documents and how often. OS X Lion users are supported by the new Auto Save feature in the recent iWork 9.1 update.
Make iWork do more using AppleScripts you can download and customise. Visit the Token Extras web page from Token's menu bar to download a selection of simple AppleScripts to customise for your own tasks. You'll also find links to other iWork resources on this web page, plus a list of frequently asked questions.
