MyMeetingPro HD is a comprehensive app for organizing, conducting and documenting business meetings. Meeting organization is accomplished by adding attendees through the contact list and the meeting is added to the calendar including an Outlook calendar if used. The agenda is generated and communicated to attendees by email. Notes are taken by using typing or a virtual whiteboard (on the iPad) and are collected by agenda item. Time-keeping functions help keep the meeting on track. Up to two hours of audio can be recorded with each meeting.
