Jumsoft's Money for iPad Supports Retina Display

April 19, 2012 in Finance

[prMac.com] Vilnius, Lithuania - Jumsoft, developer of high-quality applications for Mac OS X, presents the first update of its newly released finance application Money for iPad. The updated app includes a number of fixes and improvements in its interface and performance. Most importantly, Money for iPad is now fully compatible with the retina display on the new iPad.

Money was first released in 2003, and has since become extremely popular with both small business and home Mac users. Fans of Money appreciate its high usability and the ease of financial management that it provides. Money allows users to track transactions to and from their wallets, bank accounts and credit card accounts; it also enables them to plan budgets and monitor actual spending, manage bills, and generate income/expense reports. Money for iPad allows users to access all of these features on the go.

The upgraded Money for iPad offers full-featured support of the new iPad and its high-resolution retina display. Other highlights include added searching by tags, improved keyboard for entering amounts, and an easier way to add new payees from the search window. In addition, minor bugs have been fixed to make the application experience even smoother.

"The retina display support allows our users to make the most of Money on the new iPad," said Algirdas Unguvaitis, general manager of Jumsoft. "Now they can enjoy the app displayed in resolutions so high that their eyes are unable to distinguish individual pixels, which gives them a much clearer view."

In addition, Jumsoft has simultaneously released an update to the iPhone version of Money. It also includes a newly added tag feature, improved ability to add new payees, updated localizations and a number of fixes.

Device Requirements:
* iOS 5 or later

Pricing and Availability:
Money for iPad and Money for iPhone are available for purchase on the iTunes App Store. Money for iPad is $4.99 (USD). Money for iPhone is $1.99.
