Applaud Releases Sleep Wave

Sleep Wave can help the user gently and naturally fall asleep.
Blue light therapy has been shown to be effective in helping to reset the body's Circadian rhythm, our built-in biological clock that gets entrained or adjusted by external factors, such as the amount of natural daylight and artificial light we get.
Sleep Wave can help the user drop off in a tap! By simply selecting either 7 minutes (this is all most people need) or 25 minutes.
The user then places their iPhone or iPad on their bedside table or on the floor by their bed, and switches off the bedroom lights. A gentle blue light that swells and subsides is projected onto the ceiling.
The user then should relax and with their eyes open let the blue light guide their breathing: breathing in as the light swells and breathing out as the light subsides. If breathing gets out of sync, they should just find the rhythm again. If their eyelids feel heavy and want to close them, they can do so - they're falling asleep!
Sleep Wave will not disrupt a partner in the way some audio sleep aids do. The iPhone/iPad will dim and shut down after the selected time.
