New app Curly's Pocket Guide to Sports launched today

[prMac.com] London, United Kingdom - Created by London-based design studio WilsonFletcher, the iPhone and iPad app sports a beautiful design and is incredibly easy and lots of fun to use. The rules of the different disciplines are explained on sets of cards, which can be swiped through. A tap on each card will turn it over to reveal the complete rules of the sport with tongue-in-cheek illustrations and fascinating facts. All information can, of course, be shared via Facebook, Twitter and email.
Katie "Curly" Buchanan, the brains behind the app, says: "I really wanted to create an app to get everyone excited about sports, from teenagers to die-hard enthusiasts, people who may know a lot about their favourite sport but less about more obscure disciplines like rhythmic gymnastics or taekwondo. The app is completely jargon-free and unlocks the most wonderful and weird stories behind each event."
