Based on a training method developed by Elite cycling coach, Lionel Reynaud, CoachMyRide enables users to improve their cycling fitness through sessions designed for cyclists from beginners to racing competitors. Progressive workouts help users improve strength, endurance, and velocity, while enjoying bike riding.

CoachMyRide enables users to improve cycling fitness via training sessions designed by expert cycling coach Lionel Reynaud, who help riders achieve cycling goals in international cycling races. Sessions are designed for and allow people to improve all the key parameters of cycling performance, such as strength, endurance, and velocity. The progressive workouts help users to improve their level of fitness while enjoying a bike ride.

Users choose the training session according to their individual fitness level, schedule, and goals. CoachMyRide features 105 structured cycling workouts with different fitness levels and duration lengths. Workout durations include intervals of 45, 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Cyclists may select the type of training they want with 12 comprehensive themes, including Turbo Training, Endurance Ride, High Cadence Intervals, Over Gears Intervals, Cadence Change, Cadence Ramp Up, Short Tempo Intervals, Muscular Endurance, and Subthreshold Intervals.

Workouts are based on Training Zones and Cadence to help users get the most out of their workouts. Training Zones are computed by an included calculator based on Rider physiological data and are expressed in a Heart Rate or Watts scale. Users may choose to train with Heart Rate or with Power (the same method used by Elite Riders and British Cycling Members). Complete with detailed descriptions, workouts are structured progressively with warm-ups, intervals, and cool downs.

With CoachMyRide, users train like professional cyclists, transforming their bike rides into structured, effective workouts. The app provides coaching tips and documentation on understanding key cycling parameters, providing key knowledge for the optimization of cycling sessions. Information on topics such as Basic Rules, Physiology, Power Tests, Using CoachMyRide, and more, help users plan and engage in effective workouts.
