[prMac.com] Kiev, Ukraine - RetroStyle Games today announces Zombie Run HD 1.1 for iOS, a major update to their endless runner game, a la Temple Run: Brave. Featuring a variety of zombie characters as runners, the update marks the first time the popular Action/Arcade app is available free. Players direct a 3D zombie using tilt and swipe controls as he flees from The Rusty Mug, a bar accidentally built atop an old cemetery. As they run, jump, turn, leap, and slide on dangerous paths through the jungle, players earn potions redeemable for new abilities and characters.
* Brainless controls
* 9 Unique characters
* Multiple Power-ups and Bonuses
* Jaw-dropping graphics
* Lots of fun
* And remember: zombies - they are cool
Gameplay is highly realistic thanks to advanced, polygonal, 3D modeling and atmospheric effects like fog and rain. Birds may temporarily obscure the 3/4 camera view from above and behind the running zombie. Convincing texture maps make detailed 3D views wholly believable. Professional music and s/fx add to the adventure. Intuitive touch and tilt controls allow players to navigate difficult paths and obstacles at top speed.
"Have fun or die trying!" asserted Pavel Konstantinov of RetroStyle Games. "Now free, you've got to take a look at the most exciting undying runner in the App Store!"
* iPhone 3GS/4/4S, iPod touch (3rd/4th generation), and iPad 1/2/3
* Requires iOS 3.2 or later (iOS 5 tested)
* Universal app optimized for display on all iOS devices
* 51.9 MB
Pricing and Availability:
Zombie Run HD 1.1 is free and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category. Optional potions are available as an in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 (USD).
