Natural Tots Puts the World at Young Kids' Fingertips on the App Store

[prMac.com] Ijamsville, Maryland - One Monk Clapping, an emerging educational children's app developer, is excited today to announce the recent launch of Natural Tots onto the App Store. Compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, this children's app gives kids the power to experience the beauty and grandeur of the natural world simply by uncovering them with their fingers. This app features soothing musical melodies, fun animated "reveal" effects uncovering new photos, and an intuitive user interface geared to be accessible for even the youngest users. Natural Tots is currently available for download on the App Store for $2.99 in the Education category.
At once educational and entertaining, Natural Tots gives kids a completely new way to start exploring nature, one which encourages hand-eye coordination development, enhanced language skills, and a greater appreciation for the world around us. For parents keen on their children developing bilingual abilities, Spanish and English are provided. Each landscape and plant kids discover is explained via audio narration first in English and afterwards in Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic and Hindi support will soon be available. Furthermore, every photo in Natural Tots requires children to "wipe" their device's screen until it is revealed in full, an exercise that will intuitively help them learn to better coordinate their hand movements when performing simple tasks.
Natural Tots features eighteen unique full color photographs depicting diverse natural themes, each of which is presented to users in HD via landscape as well as picture modes. Responsive gesture based controls enable children to navigate through the app with ease, while more sophisticated options let parents choose language options and manage other app features without the risk of kids accidentally undoing such settings. Four specific congratulatory reveal animations can be determined up by parents depending on their child's preferences as well.
