Competing App Developers Join Together to Aid Those Affected by Sandy

in Announcements

[prMac.com] Richmond, Virginia - The devastation caused by Hurricane Sandy last week serves as a stark reminder of just how quickly people's lives can be upended by circumstances beyond their control. In times such as this it is important for us to join together to support those in need. Binary Formations and LittleFin LLC, makers of competing home inventory management products for the Mac, are joining forces to raise money to aid in the relief effort for those affected by the hurricane.

When a catastrophic property loss occurs, having a detailed inventory of your possessions can go a long way in making sure you are quickly and fully reimbursed by your insurance company. Both companies' respective home inventory management applications, Home Inventory (Binary Formations) and Compartments (LittleFin LLC), make building and maintaing an up-to-date inventory of your possessions easy and intuitive.

In order to help those who have not yet created a home inventory be better prepared and to raise money for the Sandy relief effort, Binary Formations and LittleFin LLC will be selling Home Inventory and Compartments at a 47% discount for just $7.99 on Friday, November 9th. All proceeds from the entire 24 hour period of this sale will be donated to the American Red Cross.
