[prMac.com] Vienna, Austria - Eternal Storms Software, developer of the Mac apps Yoink, flickery, ScreenFloat and Transloader today announced and released their brand new app for Mac (and soon, iOS) - Briefly.
With Briefly, users can create still motion videos easily and quickly with just a few clicks and share them on popular video services like YouTube and Vimeo.
Still Motion Videos (a video where photos are shown only for the fraction of a second) are a fun and neat way to show hundreds and hundreds of photos within just a few minutes.
Briefly facilitates the process of creating these videos. Users can easily import photos from their hard drive, flickr or Instagram and add a soundtrack from their iTunes library. Briefly then does the rest. It can output video up to 1080p or it can choose the best resolution automatically, based on the smallest photo. This way, it can reduce or completely eliminate the occurrence of black borders around the photos.
If the chosen (optional) soundtrack is longer than the duration of the final video, the soundtrack will automatically be faded out at the end to make it a smooth experience for viewers and seamless for users of Briefly.
After the video is created, it can be posted to the popular video services YouTube and Vimeo, as well as Facebook and flickr - right from within Briefly.
"Briefly is my first content-creation-app", said Matthias Gansrigler, founder and developer of Eternal Storms Software, "There are already lots of cool ways to share photos. With Briefly, I wanted to extend and be part of that."
The iOS version of Briefly is still in the works and will be released for iOS 7 later this year.
