[prMac.com] Pensacola, Florida - Run fast. Run Hard. Jump now! Byte By Byte today is pleased to introduce Run And Jump 2 Version 1.0, its challenging new endless runner for iPhone and iPod touch. Run and Jump 2 has a minimal control interface requiring only the attention of the player and the tapping of the screen. No complicated interfaces here. Start the game up and enjoy some simple addictive game play.
Challenging Varied Content: Auto generated content provides a constant new challenge. Variation in the speed of the runner from being slowed down when running into an obstacle to surging ahead as you pick up speed boost items keeps the game play fresh and exciting.
Game Center: Keep track of how you are doing on Game Center. Who will have the highest game score? Check Game Center and find out.
You gain speed as you run and can pick up boots of speed that give you a large increase in speed. Beware the iron ball and chain. Run into it and it will drag your speed back down to slow. Tentacle monsters, rocks and fires all stand in your way as you run. Hitting them is almost certain death. Grab fruit on the journey to heal back up. Collect coins to boost your scroll and find scrolls that will give you the best score boost. Speed is not your friend. Sure you can jump further, but jumping further is not always the best option.
