[prMac.com] Mumbai, India - Cynapse today released an update to Localscope, the quintessential location browser app for the iPhone, making it even faster and easier to search for places nearby, with a fresh new layout and enhancements to the user experience. Localscope 4.2 also introduces multi country support for 28 regional Sygic navigation apps. To celebrate this release, Cynapse has announced a 4-day sale on Localscope, and slashed its price to $1.99.
A major 4.0 redesign of Localscope for iOS 7 in December introduced the Dashboard giving users a birds-eye view of everything to see and do around them across Google Places, Foursquare, Instagram, Wikipedia, Apple Reminders and more, all in a unified view. This update focuses on polishing Localscope's user experience even further. v4.2 introduces an even more refined user interface with an improved Dashboard that makes search results easier to read and skim through.
The new version also adds support for 28 regional apps of the popular GPS navigation app, Sygic, enabling users to quickly initiate turn-by-turn navigations from Localscope. This means users can now use Sygic's amazing features like projecting a heads-up display on the car's windshield and speed camera warnings to navigate to any location found in Localscope.
