[prMac.com] Odessa, Ukraine - GastroLab is pleased to introduce its video app, GastroLab.TV for iPhone with a preset shooting plan. When making a video clip about how to prepare one's favorite salad, users will be guided by the app step by step; GastroLab will tell one when to shoot each ingredient and for how many seconds, where to do a close-up and when, on the contrary, a wide shot is needed. The app will also prompt one to enter the recipe's title and to list the ingredients. When all scenes of the video have been shot, GastroLab will take a few seconds to put them all together and produce a full-fledged, near-professional, exclusive video clip of the user's recipe. Users need only to choose visual effects and a soundtrack to make it even more personal. The finalized recipe video can be stored in the iPhone's Camera Roll or immediately uploaded to GastroLab.TV - a YouTube-based network of food and cooking content from around the world.
GastroLab was developed by a group of friends who are professional chefs and video producers from Ukraine. The startup had a low-key debut public presentation at Dublin Web Summit last year and received warm feedback from the professional audience. The app's preset shooting plan and great usability could help more people around the world become food video stars. Following this mission, the GastroLab team is now developing Android and iPad versions of the app and working with the world's leading food video studios to make their content available on the GastroLab.TV network.
