[prMac.com] Las Vegas, United States - OstinGames has introduced new title Zepi:War HD 1.0 for the iPad. Unlike shoot-em-up games, Zepi:War HD is a kind 'string 'em all up' game. The user-friendly menu, high quality graphics, nice sound effects, simple cheerful gameplay create relaxing atmosphere for both kids and adults to have fun and enjoy tapping on the screen of their favorite devices any time and place.
As Zepi:War HD opens up, the menu offers three graphics modes: World War II, Civil War, or Vietnam. The gamers' mission is to tap or slide their dexterous fingers on the screen in an attempt to form the longest possible strings of same warfare-themed skins. When the iPad user interrupts while playing, his chain of objects flashes, blows up, and more skins arrive to the screen to replace the burst ones. Different in size skins bring different number of points. Points for the current string are displayed right away. Generally, the action gets more and more intense as the players progress through the game.
Among the remarkable bonuses introduced into the game, there is the SuperBall power-up which is unique in its nature. The SuperBall is generated by the program at random yet its frequency as well as strength (how many times the score will multiply) depends solely on the gamer's performance through a session. The quicker he taps onto the skins the greater the chance that the SuperBall pops up. Fantastically, several SuperBalls can arrive at a time! Multitouch and 21 achievements provide additional challenge.
The gameplay stands out for its plain concept. It doesn't feature an unlockable succession of levels. At the same time, it develops gamers' reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and intuition. They are to figure out the most efficient strategy for scoring high points, grabbing achievements, and coping with the increasing challenge. Zepi:War HD ideally fits the iPad and is perfect for killing some 5 minutes here and there as well as playing long hours to remove the stress of the routine.
