[] Los Angeles, California - OmNom Apps today introduces Button Smasher 1.0, its new application and first official release by cofounders Tony Ngo and Kevin Hamano. Button Smasher 1.0 is a fast-paced game that will leave you wondering what you should press next. Players use a set of buttons at the bottom of the screen to clear shapes as quickly as possible. In doing so, players are able to earn more points and rank against others.

Button Smasher features fun graphics, including doodles by Chris Asuncion and silly sounds, which is an original track by Mike Choi, in-game pause, and OpenFeint integration. Button Smasher also allows users to share their top scores with their friends on Facebook and Twitter.

Between July 12th and July 16th, OmNom Apps will also be donating 50% of proceeds to the winning educational kids charity. Voting on charities is currently going on now at OmNom Apps website.

"As a small but growing application development company, we wanted to celebrate this moment. Thinking about what to do, it just made sense to help provide a better educational experience for others," says Kevin. "We hope that you will join us in laying the foundation for future generations."
