miCal app celebrates its birthday, reduces the price, starts on Facebook

Holger Frank and Werner Hoier from the entwicklungsschmiede are very pleased with the development of their calendar app miCal in recent month. miCal was "App of the Week" in more than a dozen countries, was honored at the "iTunes Rewind 2010" and took third place in the competition "Best German iPhone App". Even a calendar for the iPad is now available through the introduction of miCal HD.
Holger Frank: "On October 4th, 2011 we are celebrating miCal's first birthday. We would like to invite all mobile Apple users to share this special occasion with us. A small birthday program has been put together and we hope everybody will enjoy the three birthday surprises:
* Both miCal-Apps for only $ 0.99: Starting on October 4th, 2011 both miCal app will be reduced significantly in price. For three days they are being offered at only $ 0.99 -instead of the usual $ 1.99 for the iPhone app and $ 2.99 for the iPad app.
* miCal on Facebook and Twitter: In order to achieve faster communication the entwicklungsschmiede has established their own sites on the social networks Facebook and Twitter.
* iPad 2 Raffle: In the three days in which the app is reduced in price, the entwicklungsschmiede is inviting everyone to participate in an international raffle for a brand new iPad 2. Anyone that clicks on the "Like It" bottom on the Facebook homepage or forwards a prepared Twitter text is eligible.
