[prMac.com] Nizhny Novgorod, Russian Federation - Anix LLC introduces TennisSolo 1.0, the sequel to PingPongSolo its app hit from last year. The realistic ping pong racket and ball simulator was downloaded by over 70,000 people in a year; 40,000 of whom live in Japan. Today, Anix presents TennisSolo to the court for tennis lovers.
TennisSolo allows you to fully emulate both the tennis racket and the ball. The player's job is to ping the virtual ball using his/her iPhone, which becomes a racket. The user observes the scene from below. The physics of the app creates the feeling that you are controlling real physical objects.
This reality effect is complimented by high resolution sounds and 3D graphics. There are three chic rackets for the choice of athletes from different generations, the same array of various balls - all this in Retina graphics. Also, worth separate mention, is the "Sharpova Effect" as termed by its developers. In the instants that the ball clears the racket flies by after skipping off the racket, the situation can still be saved - with a loud and desperate scream. The iPhone's microphone will recognize a loud yell and compensates for a lost stroke.
