[prMac.com] London, United Kingdom - OnDemandWorld has announced enhanced versions of it's entire Chinese Vocab List range of apps. With over 200,000 users and the apps already rated at an average of 4.5 stars, this next generation of mobile learning apps is changing the way in which students learn Chinese.
The new apps benefit from an enhanced user interface that makes full use of the iPhone 5 screen. However, their key strength is their multimedia capabilities.
Developer, Edward Tsang, said, "When developing the Audio translations files, we used native Mandarin Chinese speakers to help make sure this app is of maximum value to anyone learning Chinese. It's an ideal app if you want your pronunciation to be as strong as your knowledge of the vocabulary."
A key strength of these apps is their focus, with dedicated apps for common scenarios such as ordering food, as well as supporting people taking a specific level of the HSK exam.
Study mode allows users to highlight words for revision and to hide columns to test their memory. Social sharing then enables them to easily share their progress with friends and fellow students.
The entire range consists of the general vocal apps (Vocab List Basic, Vocab List Intermediate and Vocab List Advanced), HSK support apps (HSK Level 1, HSK Level 2, HSK Level 3, HSK Level 4, HSK Level 5, HSK Level 6), the Character Lists apps (Character List 5,000 and Character List 10,000) and the Chinese Food Restaurant Menu.
Device Requirements (Vocab List Basic 3.1):
* iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
* Requires iOS 5.0 or later
* Universal app optimized for display on all iOS devices
* 28.6 MB
Pricing and Availability:
Vocab List Basic 3.1 is free and available worldwide through the App Store in the Education category. Other Chinese Vocab List apps are also available.
