[prMac.com] Paris, France - Do you want to start running? You decided you had to lose weight, or just be more fit. eCOMPOSITE just released an iPhone App that's really for you then. 321Run Lite is your coach on our iPhone: plug your earphones and listen to it tell you when to change rythm, how long you've run.
"I did this for me, first, then I tried on my wife, and everybody is running around me now", said Cyril who developed the app. "It's really for all runners, from beginners to intermediate, and I hope intensive runners will like it too. You see, I know how pleasant to realize one day that yes you ran these 30 minutes. My preferred training is 10kg in 10 weeks. If only I could stop eating ..."
321Run Lite is the free version made for iPod Touch and iPhone users of 321Run, a GPS-enabled version that also records the distance, calories and tells you and your friends what distance you ran.
Having a coach to track your progress, all on your iPhone, allows you to plan when you want to run, and listening to the coach helps you start easily and get in better shape day after day. "2 months ago, I could barely run 10 minutes. Now I have almost reached 30 minutes without stopping, and I doubled the distance", says Stephanie who discovered the app in tests.
