[prMac.com] Brussels, Belgium - Independent developer, Emmanuel Lambert is proud to announce the release of On My Way Buddy 2.6 for iOS, a simple app with a single purpose: to let someone you're meeting up with know that you are on your way. When you get stuck in traffic or you're just running late, it could be tedious and downright dangerous to make a phone call or try to send a text message with your location. This app allows to just tap twice and send a friendly message with your precise location and expected travel time. You can send this message to any smartphone, so even if your recipient doesn't have an iPhone, they will still be able to view where you are and how long it'll take you to arrive at your destination.
On My Way Buddy serves a great and much-needed function and gives drivers a tool to minimize their distraction, while keeping others informed about their whereabouts. The app doesn't feature any bells and whistles. It's very straightforward and improves people's efficiency and safety in a common daily situation.
On My Way Buddy currently supports 12 languages, including English, Dutch, French, Italian, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Traditional Chinese, Turkish and Ukrainian, which makes it usable in many of the major iPhone markets.
